In this November INNOPLAY newsletter you will find our new policy for the Playful Lab and the upcoming topics, Special Playful Labs, Drinkies, and Studios.

Playful Lab

NEW POLICY – we will no longer send Playful Lab calendar invites. The playful Labs will continue to take place weekly as outlined below. Future communication will be through a monthly newsletter and Mailchimp.

• Time: every Thursday – 17:00 informal chat & drinks; 17:30 main session
• Location: Innovation Centre (Café, Deck or Skydeck), Streatham Campus
• Parking: parking is free and open from 17:30
• Access: if the doors are closed, please email or call Maarten (m.p.koeners@exeter.ac.uk)

Special Playful Labs

Economy through play

We would like to invite you to a special Playful Lab with guest facilitator, Chris Grantham (Director of circular economy, IDEO). We will kick the session off with some informal play followed by a session with Chris around circular economy. Chris leads IDEO’s consultancy in the circular economy. His personal mission is to help organisations collaborate, develop more circular products, services, systems, and build a movement of circular minded innovators.

Date: 1^st December

Time: 17:00 for informal drinks, pizza and games; 18:00 – 19:30 main session with Chris

Delighting the Senses

We would like to invite you to a special Playful Lab with guest facilitator, Jacqueline Kareh (JK Health Detective, using a holistic approach to support body-mind health and spiritual development). We will kick the session off with some informal play and conversations on how to improve future Playful Labs, followed by a de-stress session with Jacqueline around playfully delighting the senses.

Time: 17:00 for informal, festive drinks and games; 18:00 – 19:30 main session with Jacqueline
